Eizmoos, Cham ZG

Starting in 2025, a species-rich flower meadow will be created in Cham. The aim is to establish an ecologically valuable fromental meadow of quality II (swiss agricultural scheme). Native seeds from a donor meadow were sown by hand. This measure is intended to increase the area's ecological value from 2 biotope values to 5. 
The area is located on an amphibian migration route and within a continuous wildlife corridor. This means it is very well connected to the surrounding landscape.
