Get Nature Positive-Development Path

We work with you to develop a customized development path—with the goal of creating a little more biodiversity every year.

We advise and support you in the planning and implementation of targeted measures, such as:

• Upgrading existing green spaces
• Green roofs
• Unsealing
• Gradual compensation for sealed areas

All measures are tailored to your site and capabilities, offering a practical, effective and compehensible approach.

Certified compensation of sealed surfaces

In Switzerland, around 18 square kilometers of soil are sealed every year – five times the area of Lake Pfäffikon. This trend threatens biodiversity – and ultimately us humans too.

Sealed soil loses its natural functions. But instead of accepting this loss, we are enhancing the ecological value of other areas nearby – in agriculture, in forests, or along infrastructure routes. In this way, we are enabling lost ecosystem services to be restored elsewhere.

Every square metre of land that you return to nature through our scheme promotes biodiversity, both measurably and visibly.

We award the “Get Nature Positive” certificate to properties that fully offset their sealed areas. 

We award the “Get Nature Positive Premium” certificate to properties that, in addition to offsetting their sealed areas, also design their green spaces on site to be ecologically valuable. More
